The entrance to the grounds is through secure gates, just 100m from the entrance to the village of Valbonne.
From the front door follow the stone steps down to the garden level, on the left there is a wine cave and then the guest toilet. The hallway leads to the bar area which is restored in carved dark wood panneling and opens onto the terrace. The bar is equiped with UK satellite television on a plasma screen and a dvd player.
The lounge dining area is a long narrow room with a sitting area and a dining table which seats 10. At the far end of the room is the lounge area which seats 12, the room has high celings, a fireplace at either end and windows and doors opening onto the terrace.
The kitchen has a double oven, halogen and gas hob. The exposed beams add to the character despite the modern rennovation. Off the kitchen is a family breakfast room with doors that open onto the terrace.
The guest wing has bedrooms, one double and one single both with ensuite shower rooms and a shared toilet.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms. The master suite has a bedroom with 200cm bed, bathroom, dressing/living area and a private sun terrace with a table and chairs over looking the gardens.
There are then three double bedrooms, all with 140cm beds, ensuite bathrooms and views over the gardens.
There is a staff apartment with independant access. There are two double bedrooms a kitchen, bathroom and living area.
