Situated close to Royal Mougins Golf Club and within 5 minutes drive of the picturesque village of Mougins. Cannes is just 15 minutes by car and Nice airport can be reached in 25 minutes.

Accommodation :
The entrance to the villa is through carved oak doors taking you in to the dramatic entrance hall where a split stone staircase leads to the first floor or take the steps down past the guest toilet into the open plan living area.
The dining room is in the centre of the house with French windows opening on to the jasmin covered terrace. The round dining table seats 10 and beyond that is the lounge area with an angled sofa and open fireplace.
Comfortable television room with a wide selection of dvds and Sky TV.
Study area lead into the kitchen. The traditional Provençal table sits in the middle of the room which has a double oven and induction hob as part of a fully fitted kitchen Adjacent utility room.
Opposite the kitchen is the games/snooker room - also has televsion and electronic darts board.Ensuite bathroom with bath toilet and washbasin.
All five bedrooms are situated on the first floor and have air conditioning.
Bedroom one is at the top of the right hand stairs, it is on the corner of the house and has views accross the orchard and the driveway. It has a large double bed (2.2m) a dressing area and bathroom with bath/shower, wc and basin.
The second bedroom has a double bed and the ensuite has a bath/shower, wash basin and bidet.
There is one twin room which can also accomodate a cot if required and there is plenty of wardrobe storage in the passage way. The bathroom has a wc, bath/shower and wash basin.
The master suite has a dressing/sitting room and his and hers bathrooms. Her bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and a window into the entrance hall. His bathroom has a large shower, wc and washbasin with a window overlooking the games room and garages. The master bedroom has a large double bed and view across the gardens and terrace.
The fith bedroom is the smallest but still has a (1.80m) double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. The entrance to the room is at the top of the left hand stone staircase which leads back to the front door and entrance hall.

Additionnal Details :
The gardeners work daily and the house manager lives next door. It is believed that Napoleon stayed in the house as it was originally built by Marechal d'Embertrand who was one of Napolen's marshalls.
