The open plan of this villa makes the most of the spectacular sea views with the lounge, dining and kitchen area all opening out onto the expansive terrace. The dining area seats up to 8 people. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, hobs and oven with an island in the centre making full use of the space.

Additionnal Details :
The property has reverse climatisation. ie. air-conditioning in summer and heating in winter. Whilst the pool is alarmed, by it's very nature it cannot be fenced. It also has direct access to the sea by two steps of steps
