There are two sitting areas in the lounge one with a television and large glass doors onto the balcony with outstanding views over Monaco.
The dining table seats 8. The modern American kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob and oven; American fridge/freezer. The kitchen overlooks the pool and there are door out to the pool and summer dining area. The outdoor table seats 10 on the terrace.
Master Bedroom: 2m bed, double doors to private balcony. Dressing area and second staircaase leading to the children's bedrooms. Bathroom ha a double sink, separate bath and shower and a toilet and bidet.
Bedroom 2: On the ground floor, a brightly decorated children's bedroom with 2 x 90cm bunk beds. Bathroom is in the corridor opposite, in bright children's style with a shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 3: Another brightly coloured children's room with doors to the garden. The bathroom has a bath, wash basin, toilet, bidet and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 4: Ground floor with double doors to the garden. The bathroom is in blue and beige with a toilet, shower, sink and bidet.
Bedroom 5: Ground floor, double bed, 140cm with a desk and double doors top the garden. The bathroom is coordinated with the bedroom in blue and white and has a sink, bidet, toilet and bath.
Bedroom 6: First floor next to the master suite can be either an office or bedroom. There is also a large safe in this room. The adjacent bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet.
Guest House: Is behind the main house in the garden near to the vegetable patch. The bedroom has a 180cm bed, bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. The lounge are has a television and sofa bed. There is a private terrace with table and chairs.
Staff Apartment: Below the main house near the entrance to the villa. 140cm bed, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and electric oven and hob.
